ORGANIC ELEMENTS

The combination of the explosively aromatic local Vidiano with the sweet, fruity character and oiliness of Sauvignon Blanc elevates it and highlights the seafood flavors of summer in the best possible way. Both varieties are carefully cultivated at high altitude and in very good terroir, which is why they give their best.
A playful blend of exotic fruit aromas with a balanced nose. Bright color with green highlights, rich and complex aroma dominated by notes of mango, pineapple, and grapefruit. On the palate, it is full-bodied and oily, with an intensely aromatic aftertaste. Sauvignon Blanc elevates the blend with Vidiano, creating a wine with great potential for pairings and enjoyment.
