These terms govern the browsing and use of melikaredi.gr, as well as the purchase of products (nuts, coffee, spices, chocolates, spreads, bars, honey, etc.).

Careful reading of the terms before browsing/using/transacting is recommended. Specific terms/conditions displayed in particular offers, categories, or checkout stages may also apply. In case of conflict, the more specific terms for the respective matter shall prevail.

Accessing, browsing, and using the melikaredi.gr website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website and/or proceed with a purchase.

• An account and/or provision of contact and shipping details may be required to complete an order.
• The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords.
• You must notify us immediately in case of unauthorized use of your account or suspicion of a breach.
• The use of services/purchases is permitted only to persons with full legal capacity (e.g., 18+).
• We reserve the right to restrict/suspend/delete an account in case of a breach of terms or malicious use, in accordance with applicable law.

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, prices, photographs, and information are accurate. However, typographical errors or discrepancies may occur. Especially for food/agri-food products, natural variations (e.g., color/aroma/texture) may exist from batch to batch.

Where information on ingredients, allergens, nutritional values, or storage instructions is provided, we make reasonable efforts to keep it up to date. Nevertheless, the final and binding information regarding ingredients/allergens is the labeling on the product packaging as delivered. If you have an allergy or special dietary need, it is recommended that you contact us before ordering at info@melikaredi.gr.

• Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
• Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before completing the order (where applicable).
• Offers/discounts are valid for a specific time and/or quantity, as indicated.

• You select products, fill in shipping/billing details, and choose a payment method.
• The order is considered complete when confirmation appears on the screen and/or a confirmation email is sent.
• The confirmation email lists basic order details (e.g., recipient details, products, amounts, payment method, estimated delivery time where provided).
• We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of force majeure, price error, unavailability, or suspicious/malicious use.
• Upon dispatch, an update is sent, and a tracking number is provided where applicable.

Available payment methods (indicative):

• Card (via secure payment environment / payment provider).
  
• Bank deposit/transfer.
• Cash on delivery (where available): €3 charge.

• Shipments are made through a cooperating courier/transport company.
• Free shipping for orders over €49 (where applicable/indicated at checkout).
• Upon dispatch, you will receive a notification (email) and, where available, a tracking number.
• Working hours note: orders placed on business days after 14:00 are considered as placed on the next business day.
• Upon delivery, legal documents (receipt/invoice) accompany the shipment, where applicable.

You can request an order cancellation before shipment by sending an email to info@melikaredi.gr. If the order has already been shipped, the return/withdrawal procedure applies.

You have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days from receipt, in accordance with applicable law, provided that the product is returned in a condition suitable for return and with its accompanying items where required.

• The cost of return is borne by the customer, unless the product is defective/incorrect.
• Refunds are made after receipt/inspection of the returned product, using the same or an equivalent payment method, where provided.

In case of a defective product or incorrect shipment, the consumer's legal rights apply in accordance with current legislation. To report a problem (e.g., wrong product, damage from transport, defect), contact us at info@melikaredi.gr as soon as possible, stating the order number and relevant photos where necessary. Any commercial guarantees apply only where they exist and do not limit legal rights.

Informational/promotional messages (newsletter/marketing) are sent only when you choose to (e.g., via a signup form). You can unsubscribe at any time via the relevant link or by contacting us. Essential emails for order fulfillment (e.g., confirmation, dispatch) are transactional and are sent regardless of newsletter subscription.

A personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access and use the website is granted to the user exclusively for legitimate personal use and for making purchases. Commercial use/exploitation of the content, mass copying, reproduction, public presentation, resale, or creation of derivative works without prior written permission is prohibited.

The content of the website (texts, images, logos, graphics, design, software) is protected by applicable law. Copying/reproducing/republishing for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited. The display of content on the website does not constitute a transfer or assignment of rights.

• Malicious use of the website is prohibited (e.g., interfering with its operation, attempting to breach, scraping in a way that overloads systems).
• Posting/transmitting illegal, offensive, defamatory, racist, or obscene content is prohibited.

These terms are governed by Greek Law. For any dispute, the courts of Athens shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by mandatory law.
