"INO" unrefined sea salt:

Unrefined sea salt is the only type of salt classified as a seasoning, as it contains 92 elements from the periodic table (metals and trace elements), essential for the health of our cells.

Magnesium is an essential mineral involved in many metabolic processes in the body. Our body is unable to produce it, and therefore it is necessary to take it daily through diet. The largest percentage of it is found in the blood and most of it is stored in the bones.

Calcium is a living tissue that is constantly built and broken down in our body. When bone density decreases, there is a risk of osteoporosis and osteopenia. The absolutely essential component for the prevention and maintenance of the normal condition of bones is undoubtedly calcium, as it contributes to the creation of new osteocytes.

"INO" is a special product because, on the one hand, it is an unrefined sea salt without any chemical processing, collected by hand after the natural evaporation of seawater, and on the other hand, due to its composition, where laboratory analyses of final product samples prove that it is a product with low sodium chloride content, high magnesium and calcium content compared not only to table salt products but also to corresponding unrefined sea salts.
